1. What this is

Gigsaw is a band app for dates, crew, tasks, setlists and chat. It is operated by Georg Leuschner (see imprint). You use it by personal invitation.

2. Your access

• Your account is only for you. Don’t share your password and sign out on other people’s devices.
• You only get the rights your band gives you. The operator may block access, e.g. in case of misuse.

3. Content

• You are responsible for what you enter. Only enter details about other people (phone numbers, addresses) if they agree.
• No unlawful, offensive or rights-infringing content.
• The content belongs to your band. The operator only uses it to provide Gigsaw.

4. Test phase and availability

Gigsaw is being developed together with its users. There may be errors, outages and changes. Don’t rely on the app alone for important dates and make regular backups (in the app: Admin → Settings → Backup).

5. Liability

The operator is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body and health. For slight negligence only for breach of essential obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Use is currently free of charge.

7. Final

German law applies. We may change these terms; for material changes we will ask you to accept again.
